Terms and Conditions for Buyers

LMNT Market™, LLC (LMNT) has created terms and conditions for buyers and sellers in an effort to create an environment that is mutually beneficial. By using our marketplace on lmntmarket.com and related sites, you are entering a legally binding agreement to comply with these terms.

LMNT Market Description of Services

LMNT Market is a consumer-to-consumer (C2C) focused marketplace. There is a single store type offered, and no additional services are available for business or non-profit entities.
LMNT Market does not sell, purchase or take possession of any goods. As such, LMNT Market is not responsible for the shipment or delivery of goods.
LMNT will provide selling and marketing tools as well as communication tools to connect sellers and buyers. This includes the promotion of products, at LMNT’s discretion, including but not limited to LMNT’s site and social media channels.
LMNT may choose the payment types offered to buyers on LMNTmarket.com which may change without notice. Payments to sellers will be made upon product delivery. LMNTmarket.com does not accept or dispense cash.
LMNT Market is responsible for the exchange of funds between buyers and sellers and will provide service for any refunds or chargebacks. However, LMNT will not be involved in disputes between buyers and sellers.

Prohibited Conduct

With the purpose of creating a safe and welcoming environment the following are the general codes of conduct and manners expected of all users on LMNT.

LMNT will not be connected to any product, service, transaction or activity that, in general, violates any law, is fraudulent, deceptive, unfair or predatory, or that causes threat to LMNT’s reputation. This includes any action or content that violates the terms of any bank, card or electronic funds transfer network, or results in any significant risk of chargebacks, penalties, damages or other harm or liability.

Posting of any content by any user that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate or that a reasonable person could consider profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate or offensive is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension or termination of your account. Buyer and Seller Rules

LMNT Sellers

Sellers on LMNTmarket.com are obligated to represent their product and themselves honestly. Impersonating of brands, other sellers or buyers or the sale of fake or misrepresented product is a violation of these terms.
Sellers are limited to one account only. Any tax filings made under other entities will fall under the single account and are the responsibility of the Seller.
Free items are prohibited as are giveaways, auctions, raffles and digital products.
Communication tools are provided for Sellers and Buyers to exchange information on LMNT. Sellers will not promote the use of other communication channels to conduct business on LMNT.
Sellers are obligated to accept payment through LMNT for products listed and sold on LMNT. Proposal or promotion of payment, trade or exchange outside of the marketplace is prohibited.
Sellers are obligated to update tracking information upon shipment of goods and not before. Sellers cannot provide invalid tracking information. Products that are too large for shipment or must be picked up in person should be communicated and advertised clearly.
Sellers are required to make shipment within 5 (five) days of receiving an order. For items that will be picked up, that time can will be arranged between the Buyer and Seller at their own risk.
Sellers will only ship complete orders consisting of two (2) or more items. No partial order fulfillment is permitted.
A Seller cannot request a review before an item is delivered.

LMNT Buyers

As a Buyer on LMNTmarket.com, it is your responsibility to research the Seller and the product(s) before you make a transaction. Be sure to ask questions before purchasing and buy at your own risk.
There are no warranties or guaranties provided by LMNT, implicit or implied. Any warranties provided on product would be at the discretion of the Seller.
There are no refunds or "cool off" periods once a transaction is completed, except where the Seller has broken the terms and conditions of LMNT.
While Buyers are encouraged to leave feedback about a Seller and the products they sell, you are not allowed to accept incentives from Sellers to leave feedback. Any feedback found to fall within the prohibited conduct will be removed, and may result in further action against the Buyer and/or the Seller.
All communications and transactions with the Buyer must be made through the LMNT platform for terms to apply.

Feedback from Buyers:

Reviews, ratings, and feedback provide buyers a way to express their evaluation of the performance of a Seller and the product(s) that they sell. This feedback should be from authentic Buyers only with their honest appraisal and opinions. Seller's cannot delete postings from a Buyer.

Sellers are prohibited from posting personal information or inappropriate content of any kind from the seller's account or to other accounts on the LMNT platform. Sellers are also prohibited from providing any incentive to buyers to provide feedback. However, if you feel that any feedback does not comply with LMNT's terms, you can use the "Feedback Misuse" form to notify LMNT.

Course of Action for Violation of Terms

If LMNT finds a Seller and/or Buyer in violation of the Terms and Conditions, they may face one or all of the following:

LMNT can hold payments out to Sellers, or from Buyers temporarily or permanently in the event of fraudulent activity.
LMNT may temporarily suspend or permanently remove a Seller's or Buyer’s access to lmntmarket.com, any related websites and social media channels. This may include removal of product listings, stores, accounts, and reviews.
Legal action against the Seller and/or the Buyer.
